Payment And Refund Policies for Texas
Manufactured Housing TDHCA Licensee Course

Registrations will be accepted by mail or online for those
wishing to complete a TXMHS course.
|
The registration and course fee is
$80
per person for attending 8-hour class in person. Payments may be made online
with credit card. Checks and money orders are acceptable.
|
Applicants registering and paying online to attend a class in person may attend
any one of the scheduled classes. No refunds will be made but an applicant may
change a location and date if an emergency occurs or receive a coupon code for online credit.
|
To complete an online CE course a licensee must download and print his own CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.
Completion diplomas will be presented at the end of the classroom-based
training. Attendees to classes must stay for entire class to receive diploma.
The diploma will state that you have completed 8 hours of continuing education.
